Social Protection
Nigeria has a huge population of vulnerable groups.
The most vulnerable populations in Nigeria include children, pregnant women, people living with disabilities (PWDs), elderly, displaced, unemployed, retirees and the sick. Many members of these vulnerable populations have never assessed any form of social security in their environment.
Their condition has made them prone to different levels of harm and vices. Custos Care Foundation through the social protection program creates some level of security for these vulnerable people in Enugu state.
The project factors in the socio-economic and physical circumstances that impact the welfare of this group during the intervention.
We at Custos Care Foundation hope to effectively and efficiently protect the vulnerable groups in Enugu state through our well-thought-out development approaches believing that by 2030, we will have a society where vulnerable and economically disadvantaged people enjoy their rights and live in dignity.
