Mentorship is an important way of ensuring that young people in Enugu state are properly guided towards achieving a better future with hard work. Custos Care Foundation while working with mentor affiliates will scale mentorship geographic footprint around Enugu state and deepen the impact of the mentorship on young people in the state.

This program will get civic leaders, employers, and individual stakeholders to prioritize and invest in ensuring all young people in Enugu state have access to mentoring relationships. The mentorship program hopes to create and guide innovative solutions that integrate relationship-centered practices and policies while driving resources for the adoption of mentorship structures and mindsets within youth-serving systems. We at Custos Care Foundation hope to close the mentoring gap for one in three young people growing up in Enugu state without mentorship by fueling the quality and quantity of mentoring relationships for young people.
